  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Methods and Rates

We currently ship via UPS and USPS.  Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location, the size and weight of your order, and the shipping method you choose at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3-7 business days for delivery within the continental United States.
  • Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping options such as 2-Day or Overnight are available for an additional fee. Delivery times vary based on the shipping carrier and destination.

3. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes: We can ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS.
  • Multiple Shipments: If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on availability and warehouse location. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for multiple shipments.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

5. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, there may be occasions when delays occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, carrier delays, or customs processing. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by these factors but will do our best to keep you informed.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, household members, or your local carrier office first. If you are still unable to locate your package, contact our customer service team within 7 days of the expected delivery date for assistance.
  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

7. Address Changes

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. If you need to change your shipping address after your order has been placed, contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.
